To meet the demand of the Russian construction market in high-quality insulation, the company continuously works on increasing its production facilities.

In 2005, a new production facility for the manufacture of insulating boards was launched in Perm.

The production capacity of the plant in Perm is 300000 cu. meters per year. This year, the company is planning to open another facility in Novosibirsk, which will be equipped with two production lines. Next year, the company will launch a plant in Moscow and in the south of Russia. The total capacity of the Holding’s plants will reach 1100000 cu. meters of PENOPLEX® boards per year, which will nearly meet the demand of the Russian market in XPS.

All PENOPLEX® plants comply with today’s requirements and norms.

The shops are equipped with advanced equipment by LMP Impiani and BERSTORFF. The entire process is completely automated: from measuring and feeding raw materials for packaging finished products.

The certified laboratory and quality control department monitor raw materials and finished products. Each batch of products approved by the laboratory and QC department is accompanied by a quality assurance certificate.

Our warehouses allow for accumulating enough products to fulfill orders in the shortest possible time.

Driveways for trucks and railroad cars minimize shipping expenses for delivering products to all Russian regions and the CIS countries.
