PENOPLEX HOLDING is the only manufacturers of extrusion polystyrene in Russia. The material is widely known in Russia and abroad under the PENOPLEX trademark.
PENOPLEX® represents a new generation of insulating materials. It is ideal for conserving heat. It is indispensable in residential and industrial construction. Here you will find all the information about its properties.
We have been manufacturing PENOPLEX® insulation boards and other PENOPLEX® products since 1998. From the first production line the company has grown into a group of companies that has become the leader on the market of insulating materials.
Originally, the company owned a single facility that manufactured PENOPLEX® boards and segments in Kirishi, Leningrad Region. As the popularity of the new material grew, the company extended its manufacturing facilities. The plant in Kirishi expanded significantly. In 2005, the company built its first regional plant in Perm, and in the summer of 2006 another one in Novosibirsk. In 2007, the company is planning to launch another manufacturing facility, which is currently under construction in Taganrog, in the south of Russia.
After opening regional branches, the company entered the federal level. Regional regional plants lower shipping expenditures and initial product costs. In addition, this allows the company to create a very efficient system for supplying its products to over 50 distributers throughout Russia.
The company has its own manufacturing facilities, which allow it to produce goods with the best price-to-quality ratio.
PENOPLEX Group has a strong competitive advantage – a source of high-quality raw materials. The Styrovit granulated polystyrene plant is a manufacturer of raw materials. It is a large-scale plant, even by European standards.
Our original goal was to provide enough PENOPLEX for every construction company in every region of the country. Today, we have around 50 distributors throughout Russia.
PENOPLEX Holding is a federal company. We market PENOPLEX® in over 30 regions of Russia, from Kaliningrad and Petrozavodsk to Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk. We develop logistics schemes that are convenient to our clients and have a very flexible shipping strategy.
Our distribution network is developing continuously. As we gain experience in working with PENOPLEX®, we come up with new ideas for expanding the range of its applications. Interacting with our distributors helps us implement these ideas.
On a regular basis, the company’s specialists offer technical consulting and educational seminars not only with distributors but also with their clients – construction companies and design offices, as well as with employes of governmental managerial bodies.
We do much more than just providing information about the properties of the new material to our customers. We give specialists comprehensive insulation solutions in various areas of application, from roofing and foundation installation to road construction and laying service lines.
We conduct experiments and develop new specifications along with third-party R&D companies. This allows us to demonstrate PENOPLEX® boards in real-life situations and introduce specialists to specific areas of use of our products, which allows for using our materials to their full potential.
Our company is young but it is growing rapidly. On the contemporary market, efficient management is a valuable tool in a fair competitive struggle. We utilize managerial experience of the leading international companies and adapt it to the Russian market.
